Free, with the limits written down.
No card, no trial that expires, no per-call meter. Every tool is available to every account. What exists instead is a set of published ceilings — because the free tiers upstream are real, and pretending otherwise would be worse than saying so.
Everything below, with no account tier to upgrade from.
- All properties your connected accounts can access
- Six sources: Search Console, Bing, Analytics 4, PageSpeed, CrUX, live result pages
- All thirty-seven tools, including the analysis and competitor engine
- Scheduled monitors with in-app, email and webhook delivery
- CSV and JSON export, and revocable public share links
- Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Claude Code connections
- Self-hosting: bring your own OAuth app and database
No credit card. No sales call.
Published limits
Per workspace, shared across every agent and credential.
Need more than that?
Self-host against your own API keys and the ceiling becomes whatever your quota is. The database, the OAuth apps and the encryption key are all yours.

The things people actually ask.
Why is it free?
Because it is built on free upstream APIs. Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Analytics 4, PageSpeed and CrUX all have free tiers, and the competitor engine runs on the free Programmable Search API and Bing’s own keyword endpoint. There is no keyword database subscription to pass on, which is the cost that usually makes tools like this expensive. If a free tier is ever not enough, the honest options are self-hosting against your own keys or a paid tier that adds capacity — not pretending a limit does not exist.
What actually happens when I hit a limit?
The tool returns a structured error naming the limit, the window and how long to wait. Competitor engine calls additionally report your remaining daily quota. Nothing fails silently and nothing is billed.
Do you store my search data?
Only what the product needs to work: encrypted OAuth tokens, a list of your properties, monitor configuration, and the snapshots you asked for. Reports are cached for a few hours so repeated questions do not burn upstream quota. Snapshots are kept so monitors have something to compare against, and you can delete them. See the security documentation for the detail.
Can I self-host it?
Yes. It is a Next.js app with a Prisma schema that runs on SQLite or PostgreSQL. Set your own OAuth apps, your own encryption key, and your own Programmable Search engine, and it is entirely under your control.
Is an assistant subscription included?
No. ScopeMCP is the data layer. Your assistant’s own plan and usage limits still apply.
Can it change my website?
No. The tool handlers contain no write path. ScopeMCP cannot change a property, submit a sitemap, request indexing, or modify anything in your accounts. This is a property of the code, not a policy page.
